REFUNDS + EXCHANGES?
Any exchanges or returns need to be made within 10 days of receiving the product, otherwise we cannot guarantee a return.
We know, buying online can be tricky. not to worry! we offer exchanges on our regularly priced baby shoes. just shoot us an email {hello@clamfeet.com} with your order number and we will send you a return label.
A return on regularly priced shoes will be subject to a return fee of the shipping price. This will be deducted from the final return price once we receive the item(s) back. Shoes need to be unworn and in original packaging to be given a refund. Email us to receive your shipping label (the price will be deducted from the refund).
Our grab bags have a strict no return, no exchange policy, due to the nature of the listing and the pricing- no exceptions!
