we offer an exchange only policy on our normal priced baby shoes only. please contact us within 3 business days from receipt of order to arrange the size exchange. our grab bags have a strict no return, no exchange policy, due to the nature of the listing and the pricing- no exceptions!

all products are shipped to the address on the invoice. if the address entered is incorrect or returned due to incorrect address (NSA) the package will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer. your order will not be refunded, you will need to purchase additional shipping through paypal to resend your order.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL
CLAMFEET ships first class (2-5 business days) USPS for all packages under 13 ounces, and parcel post for anything above. if you are looking for UPS or another carrier, please contact me prior to purchase. if you need your order rushed, please contact me prior to purchase.
please call the 1800ASKUSPS customer service line, or log onto www.usps.com to track your package or inquire about your package. once the USPS receives your package and scans acceptance, CLAMFEET does not accept responsibility for your package if it has been marked as delivered by the post.
if you are an international client, you may be responsible for paying taxes on your item. i am required to post the cost of the item that you purchase. (custom tax is variable per country so please check with your post prior to ordering to get the estimate on your purchase). a good website for reference is- http://www.dutycalculator.com
items are shipped usps first class international- once the item leaves the US, you will not see tracking information (the last place will show LA). delivery time for international packages are approximately 7-15 days, however your item may be held up in customs. if you have not received your package within 15 days, please check with your local post to see if they are holding it there. USPS stops tracking packages as soon as it leaves Los Angeles, so you will not see any updates on your package whereabouts until the package is scanned as delivered.
CLAMFEET is NOT responsible for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages. if you are concerned about your package arriving please contact me PRIOR to placing your order to purchase shipping insurance. USPS' quality of service is not a reflection of my service
if there is a problem with an item you have received, PLEASE contact me within 5 days so that we can resolve it for you! we do our best to send out the very best, but mistakes do happen. so if something comes up, please let us know so we can fix it!
